Playing Laser Tag

What Do I Wear?
When it comes to laser tag, you may wear whatever you would like. However, it is preferred that you dress for the occasion (athletic shoes and attire).
Can I Play Outdoors?
Yes, all of the available taggers are made for indoor and outdoor use.
Can I Play in the Rain?
The taggers may withstand a small amount of rain. However, the laptop must be covered at all times. You are the judge whether to use the equipment in the rain. Remember that you are responsible for any damage that may occur to the equipment within the time of the rental agreement.
How Does Shipping Work?
You are guaranteed to receive the agreed upon equipment before the event or you will receive a refund and a free rental. Within the package will be a prepaid shipping label to return the equipment. Late returns will be subject to a fee found in the terms and conditions.
Does it Hurt When I Get Hit?

No! The infrared beam gets sent and received tagger to tagger – you’ll never see or feel the beams around you.

Can Anyone Play?

Young or young at heart = all who can hold the tagger are welcome to play. We recommend anyone 6 years and older but use your discretion.

iCombat

Does this system require vests?

No. These top-of-line taggers have sensors on each tagger, eliminating the need for vests and cords.

What age group are these TAGGERS best for?

The iCombat is best for players of 12 years or older. They’re metal, a bit heavier than our other taggers, and SERIOUS fun.

How durable are the taggers?

The iCombat taggers are very durable. They have been rented out hundreds of times and have been returned with very little damage.

Hornet

Do I need a vest?

The Hornet is a self-contained unit with a 360-degree sensor built on top of the tagger, which registers each hit.

The Hornet guns are very durable. They have been rented out hundreds of times and have been returned with very little damage.
How do I know who won?

Games are based on elimination. Once a player has been eliminated, their tagger will stop shooting and say “You’re out.” The winner is determined by last man (or team) standing!

Phoenix LTX

Do I need a vest?

The Phoenix LTX is a self-contained unit with a 360-degree sensor built on top of the tagger, which registers each hit.

How durable are the taggers?
The Phoenix LTX guns are very durable. They have been rented out hundreds of times and have been returned with very little damage.
How many games can I play?

There is no limit to the number of games you can play with your rental, as long as it is packed up and shipped back to us on the required day. If your taggers run low on batteries during hour 6 of battle, just replace them with some of the spare batteries we include in your package!

Ultimate LTX

Do I need a vest?

The Phoenix LTX is a self-contained unit with a 360-degree sensor built on top of the tagger, which registers each hit.

How durable are the taggers?

The Phoenix LTX taggers are very durable. They have been rented out hundreds of times and have been returned with very little damage.

Are the lasers harmful?

No! The lasers in our taggers are all infrared, so you don’t need to worry about any physical damage.

Titan

Do I need a vest?
The Titan is a self-contained unit with a dual sensors built on the side of each tagger, which registers each hit.
How durable are the taggers?
The Titan tagger is very durable and light weight.  They have been tested for spans up to 8 hours of game play and lasted the distance.
How do I know what team I am on?
The dual LED light on each side of the taggers shine your teams’ color.  There are 4 different team colors: Blue, Red, Green, & White.
