After your order is complete and payment has been received, the equipment is shipped to you no later than the day before your event.
You will then use the equipment on your event date and ship it back the next business day. Our non-business days are Saturday and Sunday.
The taggers will come loaded with batteries. Not all of them will be brand new (we don’t want to throw away good batteries). We include extra batteries in your package to keep the game going for hours. Most renters do not have to purchase extra batteries unless they intend to use the equipment longer than 6 hours of game time.
All quoted shipping prices include return shipping. This means we’ll ship to your location and include in the box a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. When your rental is completed, simply repackage the equipment in the box, attach the label, and take to your local UPS drop-off/store.
