For some of you, “planning an adventure” is a completely contradictory statement. For others, that idea makes complete sense.

Our most heart breaking conversations are when you people across the United States have planned this amazing event and all you have left to get is laser tag. You call us and uh oh – we are out of the guns you want. Never fear. We as Laser Tag Source are here with 3 suggestions for planning your event that may help!

3 Tips for Laser Tag in 2015

1. Order early.

We have tons of guns collectively, and those break down into very specific numbers of individual inventory. The Tippmann and UbiSoft rent out 3 months ahead – so if you’re looking to April for an After Prom Party, be sure to get your rental in the system in January.

We ship the equipment to you via UPS and their amazing Ground system. Those of you on the West Coast – it takes 5 days to get your equipment to you. Be sure to build in the shipping time. If you want us to overnight stuff to you, we will however be prepared for the cost to get exponentially higher.

2. Understand your surroundings.

If you want to play laser tag in a dark room during an afternoon event, be sure to take notice of the windows during the day and account for the daylight.

If you want to play with the Tippmanns in a public park, call your local Parks and Rec department. These guns are ultimately toys but look (from a distance) like fire arm equipment. It never hurts to let your local entities know about your plans.

Whether you play indoors or out, day or night, be sure to create a safe environment. Obstacles are great to hide behind, not trip over!
